Facility Engineer (FE)
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

Reporting to Operations Manager and functional regional porting line to the Regional Engineering & Maintenance Manager, you will be required:

To take responsibility for all engineering and maintenance activities on the Jakarta site. This position will work closely with local Operations, local Safety Environment and Regulatory Affairs and Supply Chain regarding technical matters. Capital projects will be defined by Regional Operational Management based on a Regional master plan. Regarding maintenance, this position will work in conformance with a basic maintenance policy.

Requirements:

The ideal applicant will meet the following requirements:

- Higher Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Physically fit
- Good communicator and well organized work style
- Good analytical skills in trouble-shooting and problem solving skill
- Minimum 3 years as maintenance / engineering manager or project management
- Computer literacy and English communication skill (written and verbal)
- Having desire to lead and to motivate teams to achieve target
