Requirements:

• Female, max 25 years old
• Hold D3 major in Nursing, has experience to handle emergencies
• Ability to use and operate medical equipment

• Excellent in Microsoft Office (excel, word & power point )

Responsibilities:

• Overall in charge of compiling data for progress / field reports and administrative and secretarial works relevant to mature areas. To verify and provide necessary data and information pertaining to mature areas.
• Update and formalize necessary maps according to the work progress and the work schedule.
• To assist in preparation of appropriate maps and records for land compensation payment. To maintain all records, files, maps, plans pertaining to mature areas.
• Timely preparation of contract and to check BAPP (including field inspection) and other relevant matters. Accuracy and verification is of outmost emphasis at all times.
• To prepare annual budget according to the company policy. Carefully monitor the agreed piece rated works to be in line with the budget. Assist in obtaining necessary details relevant to variance analysis report and timely submission of comments for the variation against the budget.
• To verify and ensure timely submission of monthly progress report. Figures should be checked carefully to enable submission of error free reports
• To coordinate with other departments for smooth operation and management of mature areas without much friction and conflicts.
• To maintain confidentiality of all operations and figures relevant to company matters and in particular to mature areas activities.

GPS-soil survey Supervisor
(Kalimantan Tengah)

Responsibilities:

• You will be required to establish and capture the desired details for the various field infrastructures and features according to the terrain and Agronomy requirements in order to accurately mapped them out i.e. road system, blocking, plant debris stack rows, soil & water conservation terraces, planting terracing and etc. you will also be required to assist A&QA soil survey assistant in the preliminary soil inspection or survey activities when needed.

Requirements:

• The ideal should have minimum of 1 years experience in a computerized environment operating GPS navigation or GPS mapping receiver in the field or had performed soil survey jobs. Should be D3 qualified with a back ground in Geodesy or Soil Science (Faculty/Major).

Responsibilities:

• To manage in a cost effective manner the business activities of a large fleet of trucks including road trains
• To manage the business activities of a large road transport fleet of trucks and road trains
• To cost, administer and control all outgoing expenses of transport system
• To understand and evaluate the day today operational activities
• To evaluate cost effectivities of fleet to ensure lowest cost and make repetition to management on systems, fleet types to continually improve productivity and lower cost

Forestry Operational Manager
(Riau)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to prepare annual action plan and annual budget
• To plan harvesting activities to achieve Company targets on a daily, mothly and annual basis
• To source and allocate resources required to meet production targets for felling, debarking, extraction, loading and transport activities. This includes but is not exclusive to manpower, heavy equipment and supporting utilities
• Manage all harvesting activities according to Company standart operating procedures, including the timely handover of compartments for plantation
• To monitor all operational and overhead costs and ensure that budget rates are achieved in all areas

Responsibilities:

• Mengkoordinir dan mengevaluasi rencana kerja dan anggaran dalam bentuk RKAB, RKAMT dan RKAT untuk perkebunan khusus untuk pelaksanaan budidaya tanaman secara menyeluruh untuk seluruh perkebunan yang mengacu kepada SOP dan kondisi agro-ekosistem, efisiensi dan pencapaian target produksi optimal.
• Menyusun, mengimplementasikan dan mengawasi pelaksanaan SOP untuk pola budidaya serta melakukan penyesuaian apabila perlu terhadap SOP yang telah dibakukan oleh Departemen Operasi.
• Mengawasi seluruh pekerjaan pembangunan perkebunan yang berkaitan dengan budidaya tanaman sesuai dengan Rencana Kerja dan Anggaran, target produksi dan SOP yang telah disetujui
• Bersama-sama dengan bagian lainnya merancang pembangunan unit-unit perkebunan baru yang terkait dengan budidaya tanaman dengan mengacu kepada efisiensi dan efektivitas untuk pencapaian target produksi maksimal
• Melakukan pengembangan paket teknologi dengan melakukan penelitian terapan terhadap pola budidaya untuk mencapai efisiensi, efektifas serta target produksi maksimal.
• Melakukan pembinaan secara berkala kepada seluruh SDM perkebunan khususnya untuk tata cara budidaya yang baik yang sesuai dengan SOP
• Membuat laporan harian, mingguan, bulanan, musim tanam dan tahunan
• Bersedia untuk travelling

Requirements:
