ShopFloor Automation Engineer (CIM)
(Singapore - East)

Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring, support, maintenance and continuous improvement of designated SFA components (Equipment Managers, Cell Controllers, SPC etc).
  • To provide 24X7 level 2 support for the proper operation of Production.
  • To work with IS/OSS team for common goal of system response time and system availability.
  • To work with other sections to meet Department goals.
  • Development, introduction and deployment of new versions of SFA applications.
  • Documentation of requirements and coordination of enhancements in the assigned area.
  • Plans, coordinates and conduct training for the applications that are supported directly.
  • Work closely with System Administrators, CIM application developers and DBAs to ensure system availability, stability and performance.
  • Work with other IS sections and cross-functional groups to meet departmental goals and objectives.
  • To participate in global and cross-site projects and implementations.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Mandatory Skills: Oracle / SECS,project management,Visual Basic, Java
  • Optional Skills: TIB/RV,Perl,UNIX, Linux
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
