Manager of Personnel and General Affairs
(Jawa Barat - Depok)
Requirements:
- Male, Law / Psychology / Economic degree
- Having minimum 3 years experience in related field, with at least 2 years in manager level with good leadership
- Computer literate (MS Office)
- Fluency in both verbal & written English
- Understand Industrial Relationship with Union, Personnel & General Affairs Administration and Manpower Laws
- Having a good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Firm in implementing company regulation
- Willing to work under pressure
- Hard worker, self motivated, fast learner, highly initiative, honest
- Able to work independently and also in a team
- Understand ISO 9001 and 14001, OHSAS will be an advantage
- Preferable stay in Depok area
