Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor degree majoring in Psychology.
  • Able to conduct psychological test & interview.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in recruitment, preferably has a good understanding in Organization Development (OD).
  • Communicative, cooperative and can work under pressure.
  • Maximum age 27 years old.
  • Fluent in English.
