Responsibilities:

• To supervise, manage, plan and implement system support in an efficient and effective manner in support of the in house departments an partners as a whole.
• Proactive in anticipating scenarios which impact servise availability and critical response time, and take necessary mitigation steps where appropriate
• Performing hardware diagnostic, preventive maintenance and repairs
• Installing/testing/configuring operation system, software application, PCs, printers, and other peripherals

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Linux, Windows Server, Networking (LAN, WAN)
• Preferred skill(s): Cisco Catalyst & Router COnfiguration, SQL, DNS, Internet services
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
• Preferred language(s): Mandarin.
• Preferably 3 to 7 years hands on experience in the related field
• Self-starter, ability to work with limited supervision, adaptable, fast learner
• Energetic, enthusiastic, adaptable to change and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experienced in IT technical support, operation, desktop troubleshooting, setups, installations, etc.
• Good problem solving skills and analytical mind
• Applicants must be willing to work in Jakarta.
• Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
