Responsibilities:

• Support the sales and commercial team in providing trainings for technical and soft skills.
• Facilitate trainings on business process and sales skills to related vendors
• Develop TNA and modules development and evaluation
• High traveling to visit branch offices

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree in any field.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Jakarta.
• Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Preferably Managers specializing in Training & Development or equivalent.
