  • To cope with the growth and expansion of our business in Indonesia, we are seeking a seasoned and experienced professional to enhance the leadership and management skills of our supervisory and management personnel. This extraordinary role can provide the successful candidate with excellent regional and potentially global exposure at a later stage.
  • As the key partner with senior management in Indonesia, you will lead the thrust in developing and implementing strategies on leadership development, organisational development and human capital management. Some of your major responsibilities include rolling out all projects in Human Capital Management i.e. talent management, succession planning, retention, performance management, 360 assessments, etc. In addition, you will implement plans in the areas of coaching, mentoring and competency development programs.

Requirements:

• A degree in Human Resources Management or a related discipline;
• Fluent in English (both written and oral) and Bahasa Indonesia
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
• At least 5 years experience in Organizational Development and Leadership Development
• Previous solid experience in developing leaders in large local or multinational corporations
• Relevant experience gained in people-intensive service industries is a definite advantage
• Be able to work with senior management locally and globally
• Occasional travel may be required
