Housekeeping Manager
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta Utara)

Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day and long term operations of the Housekeeping Department, daily operations of the Housekeeping Department, and responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning of the departments.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
• At least 8 year(s) of working experience in management experience in mall or hotel.
• Excellent interpersonal, team building and problem solving skills
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and skills.
• Special ability to calmly handle difficult situations.
• Position will be required to work a varied schedule that may include evenings, nights, and week-ends.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Jakarta Utara.
• Full-Time positions available.
