Outsourcing Management Engineer
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

• Choose the appropriate subcontractor to ensure the efficient performance of the contract, under the guidance of the workflow of the Headquarters, organize the process of selecting, assessing, affirming, cooperating with, and evaluating the subcontractor.

• Accomplish the overseas engineering project in line with the required quality within the prescribed period.
• Organize the implementation and management of the international engineering projects with subcontractor’s work.
• Ensure the performance of overseas contracts, reduce costs, conduct technical and commercial support for external accessory products of the daily items, participate in the establishment of an external accessory procurement system in the overseas market (localized procurement system+ the procurement system of the Headquarters).
• Assume the post of Project Manager to organize the pre-sales bidding of the external accessory, contract signing, and the fulfillment of the contracts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in Communication, Electronics ,trade, commercial or related discipline.

• Over 3 years’ working experience of engineering management in the telecommunication industry, trade and commercial experience, technical work experience and the experience of subcontractors management.
• Have Communication Networks knowledge, familiar with the flow of subcontractors management.
• Reliable as a team player, able to communicate and coordinate, self-improving, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
• Special requirement: Professional Communication technique, good English Skills, ability to learn, excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
