Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing all aspects of human resources in the manufacturing company, which includes recruitment, training & development, industrial relation, payroll system and all administrative matters related with this area.

Requirements:

• Age max 30 years old.
• Hold S1 Degree in Economy, Management, Psychology or Law with min 4 years working experiences in human resources area with last position in supervisory level.
• Good interpersonal skill and communication skill.
• Good English communication and computer literate
• Strong leadership and high motivation.
• Ready to work under pressure.
• Domicily at Bekasi and East Jakarta areas.
