Assistant HR Manager
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta Selatan)
Responsibilities:
- Create and implement an effective HR program, including recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits management, staff relation, development and training, and compliance
- Provide high-level advice, guidance and management to the business on full range of employee relations and performance management and industrial relations issues
- Assist the HR Manager to formulate, implement and review human resources policies and procedures
- Develop and maintain the career planning & succession plan
- Develop retaining star people system to support the succession planning system
- Provide human resources support to other departments
- Bridge the communication link between employees and the organization
- Prepare and provide accurate regular reports on human resources related activities on a timely basis
- Ensure the organization is in compliance with local employment ordinances as well as corporate policies
- Develop performance system for group and establishing the competency profile
- Develop new system for Position Profile & redesign new job grading
- Lead the subordinated on doing Job Analysis for complying Job Description (Position Profile). Assist in position evaluation
- Co-ordinate and participate in salary benchmarking and benefits surveys
- Maintain and update job description database
- Assist in annual salary review and bonus payment exercises and preliminary analysis
- Responsible for Payroll and improved process, including all mandatory contributions and reporting. Work closely with the Payroll Executive to ensure accuracy
