Joint our client, a EUROPEAN Multinational Company-based Fast Moving Consumer Goods, currently has immediate vacancy for experienced and committed person for the position:

Environment, Health & Safety Manager
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta Selatan)

Responsibilities:

• To manage and drive safety in the operation division
• To improve internal EHS system
• To use TPM as vehicle to improve safety
• To promote and facilitate the exchange of best practices for EHS between factories
• To use the reporting tools
• To use the green tool for environmental risk mapping and the making of action plans
• To ensure the budget is reserved by the plants in operational plans to execute EHS plans
• To ensure action plan are mode and followed up in the area of EHS
• To validate the reporting data of different factories
• To monitor the KPI Performance and drive improvement (for safety and environment)
• To organize annual operations safety meeting
• To conduct safety audit in the plants

Requirements:

• Age between 30-40 years old
• Able to travel around Indonesia
• Minimum 5 years relevant safety experience in Industrial Area
• Minimum Bachelor Degree holder from reputable university
• Exceptionally strong communication skills
• Both oral and written and strong managerial skills including: planning, organizing, innovative approach to problem solving
• Fluent in English is required
