Application Developer (VB.NET)
(Singapore)


Requirements:

  • 2+ years of application development experience
  • 2+ years of experience with Visual Studio .NET and/or VBA/Office
  • Thorough knowledge of programming with Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) using Arc Objects, Visual Basic .NET, and Python
  • Some experience in OLAP technologies, including Microsoft Analysis Services desired
  • Some experience with SQL and Oracle PL/SQL desired
  • Some experience with ASP.NET and web application development desired
  • Demonstrated skills in strong code design, data warehousing, RAD software development methodologies, code performance tuning and benchmarking, and software quality testing
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, an ability to effectively prioritize and organize multiple tasks
  • Self-motivation and drive to work effectively as part of a team, and to fully learn how our customers use our applications.
  • A track record of experience and demonstrated commitment to delivering high quality solutions
