Responsibilities:

• Responsible for updating the scanning system in part change as per customer document requirement.
• Responsible for updating the WI (Work Instruction) / SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) for the system introduction.
• Responsible for study and improving on system capability & productivity.
• Develop and prepare documentation of new model/new test equipment for the manufacturing as well as provide training to the supervisor and line leader.
• Ensure and co-ordinate the availability of process logistics tools for new and current projects/products.
• Establish preventive maintenance activity as per maintenance schedule as provide.
• Monitor, report & conduct engineering evaluation and failure analysis for the line rejects & customer feedback.
• Lead, inspire and supervision of a team of technical support.
• In line with the company’s ISO certified position, review and maintain proper work procedure and documentation / records.
• Responsible design the routine system as per process requirement.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in IT Engineeringor or equivalent.
• At least 2 years experience in system process.
• Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment & deliver in tight schedule. Leadership, resourceful, initiatives, good communication/interpersonal & able to work independently.
• Possess programming language like SQL & VB will be added advantage
• Applicants must be willing to work in Johor PTP Gelang Patah.
• Applicants should be Malaysian
