Senior Operational Manager for Jakarta & Surabaya
(Jakarta, Surabaya)
Responsibilities:
* Sells and promotes company’s services and products
* To explore business opportunity and achieve the sales target
* Motivate, coach, and lead the branch team (Sales, Service and Admin Department)
* Implements sales plan effectively and efficiently
* Maintain good relations with internal and external clients / providers / other related parties (client visit, prompt respond for complain, internal/external meeting, etc)
Requirements:
* Hold min S1 degree from any major but S2 overseas is preferable
* Minimum 3 years of experience in managing business unit as Branch Manager/Operational Manager/Regional Manager with proven track record
* Target oriented, proactive, enthusiasm, high achievement motivation
* Good communication & negotiation skill
* Fluently in English is a must
* Possess own car is a must
