- Department Description The Commercial Accounts Sales Consulting team is responsible for providing presales support for ALL Oracle Applications.

- The position is for a sales-oriented Presales consultant with all-round, horizontal experience Oracle E-Business Suite, with specific focus on FMS or SCM
- For FMS:
- Skills in modules/areas beyond core financials (like Projects, ESA, Treasury etc.) will be advantageous
- For SCM
- Skills in Inventory, Order Mgmt, Procurement and Manufacturing
- The person will be based in Oracle Indonesia (Jakarta), and regional coverage will be Indonesia, with frequent support for the rest of ASEAN region
- The person is expected to drive excellence in the E-Business solution team in the ASEAN region in the areas of innovative product solutioning, products positioning, product knowledge and product demonstrations, and responding to customer RFP.
- Job duties are complex and require independent judgement and need you to have demonstrated the ability to apply innovative and creative solutions to address customer queries and requirements in the sales cycle.
- The person is expected to be an individual performer, with the ability to take complete ownership of sales opportunities along with the account management team (internal and partner)
- The person will be expected to also be involved in business development campaigns, speak in marketing events
- The candidate will:
- drive excellence into the sales consulting process by providing strategies , guidance and mentoring throughout the pre sales cycle, and assist Oracle Sales team and partners in closing opportunities.
- Plan and execute SC's skill development programs
- Establish close monitoring and and awareness of key customers
- Keep track of product changes and continuously be able to upgrade your skills
- Assist in partner enablement to help them successfully execute sales our solutions
- Relevant Experience
- 7 to 11 years of experience in presales or business development of E-Business Suite; OR strong experience in implementation of EBS FMS/SCM
- Specific financial domain experience or manufacturing/distribution domain experience
- All round knowledge EBS (cross functions and modules);
- Experience in demonstration, positioning and communication of benefits and value proposition of ERP solutions
- Highly desirable – experience and comfort in presenting to very senior executives, and able to handle objections cleverly and diplomatically
- Language skills – English (mandatory); Bahasa (mandatory); other Asian languages (advantageous)
- Necessary – should have demonstrated aptitude for “sellingâ€; need not be a sales person, but should understand selling, sales methodologies, customer buying behaviours etc.
- Other skills – strong communication and presentation, proactive and can take initiative, speedy learning curve, team work, able to work in unstructured situations; able to work across cultures and countries
- Significant amount of travel may be involved.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Master of Computer Application/Computer Science in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): Oracle E-Business Suite, presales consulting, financial industry.
- Preferred skill(s): Inventory, Order Mgmt, Procurement and Manufacturing.
- At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Thailand & Indonesia.
- Applicants should be Thai citizens or hold relevant residence status.
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.
