MARKETING & SALES MANAGER - Real Estate

Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the position of Marketing & Sales Manager will have the following responsibilities:

  • Lead the Marketing & Sales efforts of the company.
  • Manage the preparation of Marketing & Sales strategies.
  • Supervise the implementation of the company’s Marketing & Sales plans.
  • Build and lead a team of competent personnel for Marketing & Sales.
  • Direct the activities and functions of the Marketing & Sales department.
  • Ensure effective communication of the company’s vision and unique values of its projects.

Requirements:
We are looking for a person with the following background:

  • Recognised degree in Marketing/ Real Estate.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Real Estate – Marketing & Sales.
  • Excellent communication skills, with an ability to build and manage excellent relationships with the media and other promotional partners.
  • Creativity, resourcefulness and dynamism.

We expect the selected candidate to commit at least 3 years of stay in Nigeria. Only those who are prepared to relocate to Nigeria need apply.
