Requirements:
- University degree in Law, Psychology, Business Administration or Management
- Minimum age 32 years old
- At least 4-6 years relevant experience in HRD with exposure in manufacturing industry
- Able to create HR system
- Able to develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Perform recruitment, selection, training & development, job analysis, performance assessment, payroll administration, and other personnel matters
- Good comprehension of labor law and industrial relation issues
- Possess strong analytical, good communication, and interpersonal skills
