Responsibilities:

• Understanding key success drivers in each line of Bancassurance business
• Creating monthly report on key performance indicators
• Developing improvement initiatives for each key success drivers
• Executing improvement initiatives + monitoring results from improvement initiatives



• Functions range from :Marketing specific (product development) to HR specific (enhancing commission scheme for sales staffs) to IT specific (developing electronic application fulfillment system, a software that streamlines sales process) to Operational specific (improve turn around time for new business & reduce lapse rate)

Requirements:

• At least Bachelor Degree (S1), with higher than average GPA
• From top class local universities or foreign universities
• Working experience not required, but a plus
• Enthusiastic towards work & strive in challenging environment
• Structured thinking towards problem solving
• Good communication skill (proficient in English a must)

Business Alliance Analyst (BAA)
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta Pusat)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for developing business alliances with business partner in order to increase revenue

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or Master degree from any discipline
• Having min. 2 years experience in business development (preferably in life assurance or travel industry)

Agency Development Analyst (ADA)
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta Pusat)

Responsibilities:

• Developing the agency development programs in order to improve the competency of agents to increase sales

Requirements:

• Min. S-1 of any discipline
• Age max 28 years old
• Min 2 years experience in project management preferably in agent development from the general insurance or life insurance industry.
