Business Analyst - BCA
(Jakarta Raya - Karawaci)

Responsibilities:

  • Understanding key success drivers in each line of Bancassurance business
  • Creating monthly report on key performance indicators
  • Developing improvement initiatives for each key success drivers
  • Executing improvement initiatives + monitoring results from improvement initiatives


  • Functions range from :Marketing specific (product development) to HR specific (enhancing commission scheme for sales staffs) to IT specific (developing electronic application fulfillment system, a software that streamlines sales process) to Operational specific (improve turn around time for new business & reduce lapse rate)

Requirements:

  • At least Bachelor Degree (S1), with higher than average GPA
  • From top class local universities or foreign universities
  • Working experience not required, but a plus
  • Enthusiastic towards work & strive in challenging environment
  • Structured thinking towards problem solving
  • Good communication skill (proficient in English a must)
