Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- At least 4 year of working experience in Operational activities of a helpdesk/support team.
- Experience in doing report and coaching, and orientation of teams
- Solid experience in Wintel, Unix, or AS400 administration and support.
- Solid experience in reviewing and implementing change requests for compliance with the Change Management process
- Basic knowledge on performing SQL, DB2, and/or Oracle database changes through change request management process.
- Good leadership and people management skills.
- Applicants should be Malaysian, Singaporean, Vietnamese, Thai, Indonesian, others citizens or hold relevant residence status.
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database
