SNR /SUPPLIER BASE ENGINEERS (SBE)
(China - Shanghai)

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Quality Engineering in operating with a high level of efficiency.
  • Focus on continuous improvement.
  • Lead and co-ordinate interaction between Jabil and customer.
  • Oversees impact on the continuous improvement of process yields and efficiencies.
  • Provide the appropriate level of feedback, support and coaching.
  • To support the Business Managers and maintain an active role in functions involving Jabil's customers.
  • Support to all functions to ensure that appropriate corrective and preventive measures are taken and implemented on a timely basis.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering or related discipline with/or at least 5 years of working experience in the Quality and Process Engineering related field.
  • Familiar with a high mixed electronics manufacturing company in PCB assembly or SMT environment.
  • Proficiency and knowledgeable in all areas related to the QA function.
  • Able to lead and coach Quality Engineering personnel to reach desired goal.
  • PC literate & well-versed in Windows-based software (Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
  • Good communication skills and able to communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written media.
