Responsibilities:
Reporting directly to the Regional Head, you are responsible for the following duties:
- To identify, engage and support a group of value-added resellers for the sales and distribution of our products and solutions.
- To build, develop and support a reliable team of independent sales representatives for the direct sales and marketing of our products and solutions.
- To establish corporate clients and accounts in the various market segments and industries.
- To fulfill the strategic sales and marketing plans and to meet the sales objectives laid down by the company.
- To provide to the Management a monthly sales report and forecast to track the progress and development of the business.
- To formulate and grow the business with new selling mechanism and marketing activities.
- To conduct market research and to make recommendation and provide feedback about the business and the product.
- To represent the company according to its directives in the official administrative matters and correspondence with the local authorities, partners or customers.
Requirements:
- Degree in business, computer, IT or engineering field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales and marketing or channel identification programmes.
- Relevant exposure in the computer, IT and telecommunications industries.
- Proven track records in sales and business development.
- Knowledge with voice products would be an added advantage.
- Basic PC knowledge and operating environment is essential.
- Self-motivated, adaptive to changes, results oriented.
