Senior Architects
(Selangor - Subang Jaya)

Responsibilities:

• Project Architect:
• Possess good knowledge in project management, technical detailing, construction practices, contract management and conversant with relevant authority requirements
• Good knowledge of Planning Acts and Building By-Laws
• Capable of liaising with clients, authorities and consultants, project execution, co-ordination and on-site construction supervision
• Self-motivated, performance driven and able to work independently



• Design Architect:
• Possess an artistic flair in design, design presentation and graphic skills
• Ability to liaise with clients, authorities and consultants
• Experience in design of commercial projects is an added advantage

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Architecture or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years experience in the Architecture field
• Preferably LAM Part III Architect
• Required skills in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office
• Knowledge in AutoCAD Revit, Powerpoint & Photoshop is an added advantage
• Good communication skills
• Willing to work in Subang Jaya or other offices as required by the Company
• Must be willing to travel when required
