Tracking Controller Superintendent (Code : TC-SPI)
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta Selatan)

Responsibilities:

  • Increase truck efficiency with daily trip targeting
  • Allocate truck distribution plan fairly and balance based on volume, boundary zone, and project characteristics
  • Detect idle time on each truck position for example; loading and unloading time, at project and on the road and quick response and Batch Plant Supervisors and Transport Supervisor to reduce number of idle time on each truck positions
  • Manage Delivery Request based on location, time schedule, project characteristics, and trip per project
  • Control trucks on Batch Plants and quick response as soon as possible when the GPS unit is not working / unmonitored real time to Batch Plant Supervisor, Transport Supervisor, Mechanic and GPS service vendor
  • Records and report GPS truck tracking (truck logbook) daily and create truck logbook summary weekly and monthly
  • Will be report to Transport Manager

Requirements:

  • Male, min 30 years old
  • Minimum Bachelor degree with any discipline
  • Has working experiences min 3 years in level managerial
  • Preferably has working experiences Transportation, Logistics & Distribution Company experiences
  • Good leadership and excellent written and oral English
  • Good analytical and strong interpersonal skill
  • Has experienced in Fleet Management System & Customer Relation Management System
  • Has car license
