Responsibilities:
- Job Description & Duties
- • Manage customers:
- - Identify, diagnose, and resolve reported problems;
- - Handle product and Credit Card Compliance queries;
- - Disseminate new information and developments of products;
- - Manage Product Support Hotline.
- • Code using COBOL and CICS COBOL languages and test programs in mainframe platform
- • Configuration management of product source codes
- • Guide junior staff on incident solving
- Pre-Requisites
- At least 4 – 6 years experience in Application Programming using COBOL and CICS COBOL languages
- At least 4 – 6 years experience in CardLinK software
- Polytechnic/University graduate in Computer Study or related discipline.
- Good knowledge of OS/390 or z/OS (CICS, TSO, JCL, ISPF, COBOL)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with analytical and problem solving skills.
- Self-motivated, committed, energetic and willing to learn.
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): COBOL, CICS, CardLinK.
- At least 6 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants should be Malaysian, Singaporean, Filipino, Indian, Thai, Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
