Responsibilities:

• Job Description & Duties
• • Manage customers:
• - Identify, diagnose, and resolve reported problems;
• - Handle product and Credit Card Compliance queries;
• - Disseminate new information and developments of products;
• - Manage Product Support Hotline.
• • Code using COBOL and CICS COBOL languages and test programs in mainframe platform
• • Configuration management of product source codes
• • Guide junior staff on incident solving



• Pre-Requisites
•  At least 4 – 6 years experience in Application Programming using COBOL and CICS COBOL languages
•  At least 4 – 6 years experience in CardLinK software
•  Polytechnic/University graduate in Computer Study or related discipline.
•  Good knowledge of OS/390 or z/OS (CICS, TSO, JCL, ISPF, COBOL)
•  Good communication and interpersonal skills with analytical and problem solving skills.
•  Self-motivated, committed, energetic and willing to learn.
•  Proficient in spoken and written English.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): COBOL, CICS, CardLinK.
• At least 6 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants should be Malaysian, Singaporean, Filipino, Indian, Thai, Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Preferably Senior Executives specializing in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
• 3 Full-Time positions available.
