Head of Procurement
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta Selatan)

Responsibilities:

• As Head of Procurement, you are responsible for meeting country Procurement annual budgets, plans and KPIs. Ensure competitive advantage in material/service bought. Lead major cost reduction initiatives. Contribute to NR growth through tapping the supplier resources to support our innovation process and become the preferred customer to our suppliers in terms of access to break-through technologies and products.

Requirements:

• University degree with excellent results
• Current Positions is Procurement Head or Similar Positions
• Excellent business English
• Entrepreneurship and high flexibility
• Energetic person with a strong drive for results
• Highly developed communication and presentation skills
• High ability to be pragmatic and pro-active in asking the right questions and making the right decision
• Good analytical skills, flexible and open minded
