Responsibilities:

• Our client is a US fortune 500 company. An international technology company that manufactures, markets, sells, and supports personal computers, servers and other technology-related products. They has an immediate vacancy for a Finance Manager for their office in Indonesia.



• You will serve as a Key Partner to the Country Manager



• Roles and Responsibilities
• Drive for Timely and accurate report of Weekly Revenue and Margins Commitment
• Drive for Stronger Operational Partnership to improve in Liquidity (eg. Credit ), Profitability ( Eg.Bids Management ) and Growth.
• Ensuring Compliance of Dell Financial Policies and well as local legislation where Dell operates( Eg. Revenue Recognition )
• Drive for strong control environment by establishing, reviewing and documenting controls process
• Quarterly Planning/Forecasting for Segment
• Plan, Drive and Implement Business Improvement Plans to Drive Business and Cost efficiency.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years experience
• Degree in Finance/Accounting or Professional Accountancy Qualification, ie ACCA, CIMA
• Experience in working and Supporting Sales Functions
• Good understanding the country’s business environment and challenges
• Sound Business Acumen and Analytical abilities
• Good Inter-personal skills, communication skills and effective team player
• Ability to Drive for Results and manage a team to work independently under tight timelines
