BDA (Business Development Associates)
(Jakarta, Bandung, Semarang, Bali, Surabaya and Medan)

Responsibilities:

  • As a partner of the Bank.
  • Stationed at Branches / Sales Centers.
  • To acquire new customer / business for the Bank
  • Offering the product onshore as well as offshore.
  • International Training as well as Certification will be provided:
    • Sales professionalism, Consultative Selling Skill.
    • Regional Investment Certification I to IV.
    • Certification for Bond / Option / FX / Insurance.
  • Fixed Allowance.
  • Variable income (based on performance).

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree from any discipline with minimum GPA of 2.75, Overseas University would be preferably. (Final semester are encouraged to apply).
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill.
  • Enjoy traveling and meeting people.
  • Speak English or Mandarin or other Chinese dialect would be an advantage.
  • Has working experience in marketing is preferably.
