Human Resources Manager
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta)

Responsibilities:

• Directs and manages all HR activities for the area including attraction, selection, reward & compensation, development & reassignment of personnel;
• Act as a focal point for assigned area or function, answer questions & provides information ensuring adherence to all applicable requirements;
• Keeps abreast of legislation affecting humans resources: trains management & monitors Company policies to ensure compliance;
• Conduct recruitment effort for all levels of personnel. Includes new employee orientation, employee relations, counseling & conducts exits interviews
• Monitors integrity in the preparation, maintenance & updating Company systems & HR information to ensure that all pertinent personnel information are properly captured, effectively manage & maintained at all times.

Requirements:

• A minimum S1 degree in Human resources management/Psychology
• A minimum 5 years of relevant working experience with supervisory responsibilities Thorough knowledge of Indonesian HR practices & regulations - Demonstrated good management & organizational skills - Ethical, resourceful, self-motivated & self starter
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good fluent written and oral English is essential
• Ability to plan & manage work in an efficient manner and to demonstrate not only initiative but also assertiveness.
