QA ENGINEER (CONNECTOR AND WIRE HARNESSING)
(Singapore)
Responsibilities:
- To maintain Quality Assurance for our connector and wire harnessing group. The job Involves travel to our Batam and Senai production facilities.
- Monitor supplier quality performance of incoming materials and ensure effective CA from suppliers.
- Analyze all quality issues, initiate corrective actions and follow up to assist in-house
- Production to effectively implement the appropriate measures.
- To ensure that the finished products conform to customer’s quality requirements.
- To drive continuous quality improvement.
- Maintain the Integrated Management System (ISO 9001 : 2000, OHSAS 18001 & ISO 14001) procedure in the Company.
Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical / Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.
- Preferably min 1-2 years in handling connector production processes, wire harness processes and electrical control panel processes.
- To communicate with both supplier and customer on quality issues.
