- To know well all products and services of the restaurants.
- To mange and supervise work performance of all subordinates and staff of the restaurant in order to ensure the satisfaction of the customers.
- To monitor the performance of the restaurants and staff and provide necessary training for them with an aim to improve and maintain highest quality of services.
- To check and ensure the hygiene, appearance, orderliness, cleanliness, and proper set-up of the restaurants and its related areas.
- To ensure the proper use of and maintain restaurant equipment in good conditions.
- To understand and handle all complaints and problems from guests, and then generate appropriate solutions and manners to prevents the repeat of such complaints and problems.
- Is aware of sale volume and targets, and have effective solutions to maximize sales volume and targets.
- Is aware of incoming activities of the hotels and to predict upcoming events to anticipate the sale volume.
- To manage expenses and costs of the restaurants effectively.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in hospitality industry, especially in restaurant, hotel and tourist management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English.
- Asian Nationalities.
- Excellent track record with previous five-star hotels is a plus.
- Willing to travel and work in different properties of the Corporation over the world.
