Responsibilities:

• We are building a high level Java and PHP development center in Malaysia for a large European creative web development company.



• We develop state of the art web applications for an international customer base.



• We are seeking a senior Java and/or PHP developers to join the development team. You will be building the back-end server engines for flash applications that have a large number of concurrent users.



• You will play a central role in the development. You will be developing major parts of the application under the guidance of an expert Java/PHP system architect. You will be working as a team and closely together with the customer in Europe. You will have excellent opportunity to develop your skills and grow your abilities.



• You must have a good technical foundation and solid experience in Java development and keen interest in PHP development. You must have excellent written and spoken English and communication skills.



• Your work will be based in Kuala Lumpur, but the role will involve plenty of opportunities to work overseas at the client’s site in Europe. This is a unique career opportunity that will offer you international exposure and a solid growth opportunity.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): MySQL, Java development, database design, Oracle.
• At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Solid experience in database design
• Solid experience in server and API development
• Solid experience in WEB development
• Highly intelligent and competent
• Communicative and open personality
• Ability to work well independently and with other people
• Desire to work in a dynamic international environment
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills
