Responsibilities:

Being a member of the Asia / Pacific pioneer team in enterprise resource planning, you will work in collaboration with the Munich realization team to provide primarily 2nd line Asia / Pacific users' on-site and off-site training and support. You shall be the linking pin between the Munich realization team and Asia / Pacific users for on-time business solutions. Thus you could also provide 1st line users' on-site and off-site training and support as and when it is essential. In addition, you are meticulous in documenting response(s) which optimizes data, process, standard and procedures governance as well as input for forward business users' requirements.

You shall be the Asia / Pacific single point of contact for 2nd level user support in enterprise resource planning for order fulfillment from pre-sales to orders processing and inclusive of but not limited to procurement, delivery, billing and payment. You shall provide real and on-time business solution to users' at country level daily operations and administration on order processing at the enterprise resource planning tool.

Requirements:

You excel in being a proactive team player in providing thought through business solutions and to provide on-time realization. We like to hear from you if you have either a Diploma in Business Administration / Information Technology with a minimum of 2 years relevant working experience. You have keen understanding of the business processes within sales order management/order fulfillment. Also you ought to have hands-on experience in providing SAP 1st level users' support and training in Asia / Pacific. Those with additional knowledge in CRM and project handling would have an added advantage.
