IT Support Contract Based (Code: IS)
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta)

Responsibilities:

• To support users when they have problem with their PC and/or programs
• Responsible to document all changes that has been done
• Handle routine tasks (e.g.. Monitor backup process, server checking etc.)
• Give periodic report to your superior

Requirements:

• Minimum education Bachelor (S1) degree in Computer Science
• At least 2 years of experience as IT Support or Helpdesk function
• Has good knowledge of MS Windows Server 2003 and Active Directory
• Interested in and willing to learn IT technical matters
• Good interpersonal skills and willing to help users
• Able to work as a team and/or under minimum supervision
